Villa Avenue ZEPPOLES Recipe

1. GET PIZZA DOUGH, CUT IN TO SMALL BALLS
-- or --
Buy the "House of Pasta" frozen dough in any supermarket freezer section. Let it rise overnight.
2. FRY IN VERY HOT OIL....THEY SHOULD FLOAT.
3. WHEN GOLDEN BROWN REMOVE AND DRAIN OIL
4. Put in a brown paper bag, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
5. Remember, you have to have dirty hands and be sweating like a dog
for them to be any good.
